Purifyou #GlassWaterBottle with Silicone Sleeve #Review

I am on a mission.  A mission of hydration.  I drink so little water, it's ridiculous.  I drink mostly just coffee, but I'm lactose intolerant, so that's not really wise.  I've decided that I'm finally over being sick and I should just stick with water for the most part.  I also find that water gives me far more energy than coffee anyways.
One of the ways I plan to accomplish this is by getting myself excited with new ways to make it happen.  At first I had the fruit infuser bottle (which sadly just had one too many falls and cracked), and now I have a super portable glass water bottle with silicone sleeve by Purifyou.  It's in a nice pastel green color.
The bottle is a little smaller than I envisioned when looking at pictures of it online.  It's about as big as a 16.9 fl. oz. spring water bottle, as you can see.  But is said to hold 12 oz, likely because the glass is thicker than the plastic, so it holds less.  So in case you are one of those people like me who don't read descriptions as well as you should, it's that big.  Which is a good size, I suppose.  It means you would need to fill it about five times to get your daily water intake.  I go through about two right now, which is a substantial uptake from a week ago.
The cover has a really nice feature that I think everything on the face of Earth should have... a handle.  And not just any handle, but a handle with no open ends.  So you can put a carbiner on it and hang it to your jogging stroller or baby bag.  For those without such things (I'm sure that you exist somewhere), you could hang it from your backpack or something else.  It's fantastic.  It also helps when screwing the cover back on.  You can do it with one finger.
It's small enough to fit into a cup holder or mesh side pocket and the mouth of the bottle is just between large and small, so it's bound to make most everyone happy.  I think it's the perfect sized mouth.  It also comes in a nice little array of colors so you can match them to your outfit.  These are the colors you can get: Pastel Green, Pastel Gray, Baby Blue, Lavender, and Misty Rose.  I went with green because it reminds me of being green, being good to the earth, and being good to my body.  It's a very healthy, eco-type color.
The glass that it's made from is borosilicate glass material, which is the most heat resistant glass commonly used.  It also has the colorful silicone sleeve to prevent cracks and such when it drops (obviously needed in this house).  The whole bottle is also
BPA-free, Phthalate-free, PVC-free, lead-free, cadmium-free and 100% leak proof.  Because it's made of
borosilicate glass, it's also microwave, dishwasher, and freezer safe.
A little note, definitely worth mentioning is that a portion of the profits from each bottle purchase is sent directly to building water wells for impoverished communities in Africa.  That's stinking awesome!  That kind of thing always makes me feel good.
I'm definitely pretty happy with the water bottle.  In a perfect world, I think I'd like it to be bigger.  But 12 oz. is a good size, so I'm not complaining.  I love the color, the look, and the versatility.  I love that my ice cubes fit in it without cramming them in.  I just love it all around and I would recommend it.
How much water do you drink in an average day?
